From the dry sands of Sahara to the future human who will walk the soil of planets far, far away.
INSPIRATION: NOMADS
For SS16 Björn Borg looked to the nomadic life for inspiration. Starting in the ancient populations who roamed the dry deserts and plains of the Earth, to the future human who will venture out in space.
CORE UNDERWEAR HER
Straight from Arabic nature, the inspiration from desolated Sahara deserts and a clear blue sky made Björn Borg's design team dream away with sand-coloured light-weighted sheer underwear. The collection, with sporty influences from the yoga culture, prepares us for the warmest weather. Key garments for the collection are made of polyamide, mesh and piqué, constructed with careful attention to seams to control the comfort of movement. Key garments: sheer mesh bras, a high front crop top and solid well-fitting bottoms. Most seams are glued, contributing to reduced visibility through trousers and increased comfort.

Björn Borg's inspiration comes from exploring the extreme heat and dry sand in the Sahara desert, testing your survival instinct, which brings the attention to graphical patterns created by nature and a neutral colour palette.
